Australia & New Zealand Shipping
Free Shipping on orders of $85 or more. Orders under $85.00 incur a flat shipping rate of $10.00 within Australia and $15 to New Zealand.
Standard postage can take 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia, and up to 10 business days to NZ.
If you have not received your purchase after 10 working days and your order is not a pre-order item, please contact us at shop@kindiscool.com.au so we can chase it up our end.
Express Shipping is available at checkout of an additional $15.00. We use Toll express to residential and business addresses and it can take up to 1-3 business days within a metro area and additional 1-2 business days if you are in a regional area. As Toll does not deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers we use Australia Post Express and can take up to 5 business days. So, if you want it faster please supply us with a residential address.
All New Zealand orders are delivered by Australia Post.
Please note all orders must be signed for and are a 'signature on delivery'. If you would like your order to be left in a safe place, you will need to mark this in your order notes, however we don't recommend it, as if the order is lost or stolen, we, or Australia Post, cannot be held responsible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (excluding New Zealand)
Orders under $85.00 incur a flat shipping rate of $20.00 and over $85.00 will incur a rate of $25.00.
International orders can take 7-14 business days for delivery. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country. We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control, which may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or high volume/ peak season.
Taxes and duties may be charged on your order and are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery.These charges must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
You will be emailed notifying of dispatch of your order and provided with a tracking number. All deliveries need to be signed for.
Kind Is Cool will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We record all proof of postage.
