Returns
If you aren’t 100% in love with your KIC purchase, our Return Policy is easy peasy lemon squeezy! Please read the policy prior to starting a return via our portal.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items purchased can be returned as a change of mind within 14 days from delivery date for a store credit (excluding postage charges) provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn or damaged;
- The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and
- The item is not a Final Sale Item.
INITIATE YOUR RETURN
Pack the goods securely as they are your responsibility until they reach our office. Send the invoice that was included in your order or the details of your order for faster processing. We do not cover return postage costs.
PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN
Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed. Credit notes are valid for 12 months for issue and will be emailed via a gift card.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item you have purchased is faulty, let us know by contacting us at orders@kindiscool.com.au. Please provide an images of the fault so we can assess the fault and assist you further. We will discuss your options for replacement or refund.
RETURN TO SENDER
If we receive a parcel marked “Return to Sender” (RTS) due to an incorrect address that you have provided or failure to collect it from the post office, an RTS fee will apply:
- AUD $15 for Australian orders
- AUD $25 for International orders
A redelivery fee of $10 (Australia) or $25 (International) will also apply if you wish to have the parcel sent again.
If the order hasn't been claimed with no RTS or re-shipping fees paid within three month , the order will be considered forfeited.
